If you wish to return an unwanted order, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receiving it, providing it is new, unused and in the original packaging. You’ll need to pay for all postage costs sending the item back to us. We’ll issue you a full refund for the amount you originally paid on placing the order. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are faulty and a refund is made.
If upon delivery your goods appear to be faulty, you must inform Eastern Counties Leather within 7 days of receipt of the goods and if upon return are found to be defective to the satisfaction of Eastern Counties Leather, a credit will be issued.
Please note we do not replace faulty items.
Faulty goods must be returned in order for a credit to be raised and the item/s returned must have been purchased from us within the last 12 months. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We will select the cheapest & fastest option for your delivery address. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
