All our prices are excluding VAT.

Our carriage charge is £10.50 for UK Mainland orders and is applicable to any orders under £350. Any orders over this total are carriage free (subject to location).

There are extra delivery charges for any orders outside UK Mainland. Please contact us for a specific quote.

We don’t have a minimum order amount.

Yes, all UK mainland orders over £350 are entitled to free delivery.

All customers start on a pro forma basis. For regular, long term customers please get in touch regarding a credit account.

Yes we can supply our customers with samples on request. Please email malcolm@leatherandsheepskin.com

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed, depending on the shipping method selected. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, letting you know that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please allow up to your estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If this date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, contact us straight away and we will be happy to help.

We aim for our colours on the website to be as accurate as possible. However, due to our products being made from natural materials, shades may vary slightly. If you have any queries please contact us and we can provide colour swatches for your reference.

Yes, if you wish to change your delivery address please contact us ASAP.

If we receive the order before 11am we aim to dispatch all UK orders same day on an express delivery service.

We do not exchange or refund items unless they are faulty. If there is a problem with an item we will ask you to send it back to us and exchange or refund where necessary.

No, we currently do not have a showroom but will update all our customers via email with any showroom plans.
